It is planned to hold an exhibition to display the latest technologies, products, etc., for ceramics and glass materials for two days, on November 15 and 16, in the Event Hall of the Osaka International Convention Center.

Interested companies are asked to exhibit at this exhibition and provide update information on their products and technologies to congress participants engaged in research and technology development concerning ceramics and glass materials.
1. Booth Specifications/Exhibition Fee

In principle, the booth allocation for each exhibitor will be arranged on a first-come-first-served basis, but the final decision will be made by the organizer comprehensively in consideration of the content of the exhibits and other relevant factors.
2. Application Guidelines
- Please complete the attached “Application to Exhibit” and send it via facsimile or e-mail to the Exhibition Office. After receiving the application form, the Exhibition Office will send an invoice for the relevant exhibition fee.
- Exhibitors are requested to pay the exhibition fee by bank transfer to the designated bank account by the date specified in the invoice.
- Only payment by bank transfer in Japanese yen will be accepted.
- Application for exhibition will be regarded as completed when the application form is submitted and the relevant exhibition fee is remitted.
- Documents for visa application purposes of the exhibitors will not be prepared.
Cancellation Policy As a rule, cancellation of application to exhibit will not be accepted. However, if it is absolutely necessary to cancel the application, written notification should be sent to the Exhibition Office. The following cancellation fees will be charged according to the date of arrival of notification of cancellation at the Exhibition Office.
On or before July 30 (Fri), 2010: No charge July 31 (Sat), 2010 - September 17 (Fri), 2010: 50% of exhibition fee On or after September 18 (Sat), 2010: 100% of exhibition fee
